Patricia Ann Keim is a writer whose stories emerge from the intersection of professional experience, community involvement, and a deep personal commitment to the idea that meaningful change begins with a single decision to move.
Her career has taken her through nuclear medicine and healthcare, hospital communications and marketing, and pharmaceutical sales, giving her an intimate understanding of what motivates people to push through difficulty, change course, and discover unexpected reserves of strength.
As a runner and community volunteer who has been involved in organizing running events, Patricia understands from the inside what it feels like to stand at the starting line and wonder whether you belong there. That authentic experience forms the emotional core of her writing.
Her debut novel, The Runner, is the first book in a developing series that follows the journey of a woman navigating personal transformation, relationships, fitness, and the complicated emotions that accompany any meaningful life change. The story reflects Patricia’s belief that progress does not have to be perfect to be powerful.
Patricia remains active in her community and connected to the running and wellness communities that inspired The Runner. She is currently developing the next installment in the series.
